I started a blog to document my quest to knit every stitch in Barbara Walker's A Treasury of Knitting Patterns, in like, 2006-ish, and I the idea was that I would knit all the stitches in a year.
(insert hysterical laughter here.)
I know, right? What was I thinking? But since that time, Facebook became a thing, and so did Ravelry, so there wasn't a lot of reason to stick to my blog. However, I missed having a spot that documented any fiber-y accomplishments I might have squeezed into hectic life. So I decided to bring it back into my life. And bring it back better than before.
So what would make it better? More yarn.
Part of the reason I decided to knit the stitches in the first place was a way to do something with my stash yarn. I figured it allowed me to stretch my knitting wings, and give purpose to the heaps of yarn that were piling up in my closets.
And since I know I am not the only knitter (or crocheter) who has every had this issue, I thought it would be great to have a place to offer the yarn that I am willing to part with.
So come back often to see what I'm up to. Browse and see if there is some yarn you like. And contact me if you have some yarn you would like to offer on the site.
